OVERVIEW
My Client is a Leading Insurance company hiring a Chatbot Engineer to join their Technology function. You will be a leading expert in chatbot engineering where you will drive the development of innovative technology and architecture within the company, creating seamless and intuitive customer interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for the design and implementation of chatbots where you will lead the design and development of that architecture.
- Collaborate with a number of teams within the business including Data Science, Engineering, Operations and Technology.
- Identify opportunities in the business with a customer experience mindset
- Stay up to date with technology development and testing. As well as experiment with new technology capability.
- Act as the domain expert across the squad in your domain, coach and support others when required
What you\’ll need to succeed:
- Strong experience using customer experience and engagement tools, preferably within the AWS and Amazon Connect ecosystem.
- Must have experience with AWS services (eg. Amazon Comprehend, ContactLens, Lex, Rekognition, Textract, Translate, Transcribe)
- Knowledge in voice systems, such as natural language chatbots, interactive voice response (IVR), and automated customer voice authentication.
- Background in Python
- Experience working on LLMs
