The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to support continued growth across critical infrastructure and industrial markets. This role sits at the front of the revenue engine and plays a key part in introducing our cyber-physical security platform to organisations operating complex IT, OT, and IoT environments.
You’ll engage senior security, engineering, and operations stakeholders, helping them understand emerging risks and initiating high-value sales conversations for the wider sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns into named and target accounts
- Engage CISOs, Heads of Security, OT Managers, Plant Managers, and Engineering leaders
- Qualify prospects based on business pain, security maturity, and buying intent
- Generate high-quality meetings and pipeline for Account Executives
- Personalise outreach using industry, operational, and threat-driven insights
- Manage leads and activities accurately within the CRM
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of cyber-physical risk, industrial environments, and customer use cases
- Consistently hit activity, meeting, and pipeline contribution targets
