We are supporting a leading utilities provider searching for an Azure Security Architect to join the team. The Security Architect will play a critical role in the Azure Landing Zone (ALZ) team and will be pivotal in designing, guiding, and governing secure solutions across the product unit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead security architecture and governance for Azure Landing Zones.
  • Provide expert security advisory to cloud architects, engineers, and operational teams.
  • Conduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and threat modelling activities.
  • Design and embed security controls within Azure Landing Zone frameworks and services.
  • Maintain and evolve security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
  • Ensure security integration across cloud roadmaps and organisational goals.
  • Champion security culture, provide training, and support platform security maturity.

Key Competencies:

  • Extensive experience working on projects delivering solutions and migrations to Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Azure landing zone architectures, governance, security and best practices for scalable cloud environments.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification AZ-305 and AZ-400.
