AI is the product, and this is a hands-on role in an ambiguous, high-stakes environment.
- Own ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: evals, observability, incident playbooks, and the PII, access control and audit standards a regulated customer expects.
- ๐+ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ of professional software development, fluent in ๐๐ฒ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ง (or able to get there quickly).
- Experience leading ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐, ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐-๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ in production, and knowing when a coding agentโs output is wrong and what checks it needs before it ships.
