We're partnering with a leading global consumer fintech to find an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their UK & Europe product team on an initial contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of customer-facing growth initiatives, working at the intersection of product, engineering, design and analytics to improve the experience of millions of customers.

You'll lead data-driven product decisions, identify opportunities through customer and product insights, and deliver measurable improvements across key customer journeys. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver product initiatives that improve customer acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, product performance and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Define, prioritise and execute product experiments using data to validate outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product improvements.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations and Commercial teams.
  • Drive product delivery from discovery through to launch and continuous optimisation.
  • Use customer feedback, market insights and analytics to inform roadmap decisions.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a consumer-facing digital product environment.
  • Strong experience driving growth, experimentation, conversion optimisation or customer journey improvements.
  • Track record of delivering successful web or mobile products at scale.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with engineers and designers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Desirable
  • Experience within fintech, payments or financial services.
  • Experience with onboarding, identity verification or payment journeys.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery or delivery.
