We're partnering with a leading global consumer fintech to find an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their UK & Europe product team on an initial contract.
You'll lead data-driven product decisions, identify opportunities through customer and product insights, and deliver measurable improvements across key customer journeys. If you enjoy experimentation, solving customer problems and delivering commercial impact through product, we'd love to hear from you.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product performance and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Define, prioritise and execute product experiments using data to validate outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations and Commercial teams.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a consumer-facing digital product environment.
- Track record of delivering successful web or mobile products at scale.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Experience within fintech, payments or financial services.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
