We’re supporting a global enterprise undergoing a major transformation across technology operations and resilience. We are looking for a senior consultant-level specialist to identify and drive AI-enabled operational resilience use cases across critical technology functions. This is not a hands-on AI engineering role. The focus is on spotting where AI and automation can improve resilience outcomes, defining the use cases, and working with the right teams to deliver them.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities across operational resilience
- Translate resilience challenges into clear use cases, requirements, and success measures
- Partner with architecture, platform, data, and governance teams to drive delivery
- Track benefits, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
- Produce governance artefacts, assurance documentation, and leadership updates
- Engage senior stakeholders across technology, risk, and resilience functions
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in operational resilience, technology resilience, or enterprise transformation
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or AIOps use cases in large enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management across technology, governance, and risk functions
- Understanding of critical services, incident management, and resilience frameworks
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly desirable
- Strong fits may come from enterprise AI consulting, AIOps, operational resilience consulting, technology risk, or platform architecture backgrounds
