Datacentre Network Engineer required by a leading network consulting organisation to deliver enterprise‑scale datacentre transformation projects for high‑profile customers across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy, working with cutting‑edge Cisco and Arista technologies to design, implement and support modern datacentre network infrastructures.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex datacentre networking solutions across multiple customer environments, working closely with architects, project teams and customer stakeholders.
This is a hands‑on technical role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex networking challenges and delivering enterprise‑scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern datacentre network solutions
- Deploy Cisco Nexus (NX-OS) and Arista EOS environments
- Design and support VXLAN EVPN fabrics
- Deliver network migrations, upgrades and greenfield deployments
- Produce High‑Level and Low‑Level Design documentation (HLD/LLD)
- Perform testing, validation and implementation activities
- Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery
- Work directly with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders
Essential Skills
