We are looking for a curious and data driven Insights Executive to join a growing fintech business. In this role, you will combine qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behaviour and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape marketing, product, and business strategy. You will work closely with cross functional teams, acting as the voice of the customer and helping to drive a strong data led culture across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 2 plus years experience in insights, consumer research or analytics, ideally within fintech or financial services
- Strong analytical skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Confident communicator able to translate data into meaningful insights
- Collaborative and naturally curious mindset
What is on offer:
- £45,000 salary plus bonus
