We’re hiring a data leader to build, grow, and lead consulting teams delivering digital analytics, data, automation, and AI solutions within the real estate sector. This role is for someone with a strong real estate consulting background who has led data-driven transformation across areas such as capital delivery, portfolio management, operations or facilities management.
You’ll shape market offerings, win work, and partner with senior client stakeholders to apply digital analytics, intelligent automation and AI to real-world commercial and operational challenges. You’ll bring director-level experience leading data, analytics or AI teams, deep understanding of data strategy, governance and operating models, and hands-on exposure to modern analytics and visualisation platforms.
Experience applying AI-enabled solutions and automation to drive productivity and decision-making in real estate environments is key, alongside a proven ability to operate in a consulting or professional services context.
