We are looking for DV Cleared Technical Consultants with hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). You will join a delivery team working on a major ServiceNow transformation programme for a leading telecommunications organisation, delivered by a global IT services provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow CSM
- Implement workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements
- Work closely with architects and functional consultants
- Support testing, deployment, and optimisation of the platform
Required Experience
- Active DV clearance
- Hands-on development/configuration experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing ServiceNow CSM
