We are seeking a DV Cleared Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) transformation programme. The programme is being delivered by a global IT services and solutions provider for a leading international telecommunications organisation within a secure environment.
You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team including architects, business consultants, and technical specialists delivering a large-scale ServiceNow CSM implementation.

- Manage programme governance, risk, and delivery milestones
