About the Company

My client is one of the most respected and high-performing names in the construction recruitment market, a large, established organisation with a reputation for quality, professionalism, and long-term partnerships across the UK.

They operate with a modern, flexible, and grown-up culture, where success is built on trust, accountability, and autonomy rather than rigid KPIs.

If you’re an experienced recruiter within the construction, property or engineering sector (blue or white collar) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment, this is an opportunity to build a genuine long-term career with one of the best in the business.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals working with major construction clients nationally.

You’ll be empowered to develop your own desk, supported by a strong brand, cutting-edge technology, and a business that values delivery over micromanagement.

This role is fully remote, giving you flexibility to work wherever you perform best as long as you bring a proven track record of billings and established client relationships within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the construction industry (blue or white collar, depending on your expertise).
  • Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships, focusing on quality delivery and repeat business.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of proactive sourcing, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build a profitable desk and consistently exceed revenue targets through strong commercial acumen and client service.
  • Negotiate terms of business, manage offers, and ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to cross-sell services and maximise client opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven billing history in construction, property or engineering recruitment (blue collar, white collar, or both).
  • Strong client network and demonstrable relationship-building ability.
  • Confident managing your own desk with minimal supervision — a genuine self-starter.
  • Professional, credible, and commercially minded approach.
  • Ambition to build not just a job, but a long-term career within a fast-growing organisation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Why Join?

Fully remote – total flexibility to work where you deliver best.

Minimal KPIs – results-driven, not micromanaged.

Uncapped commission – high earning potential.

Supportive, mature culture – surrounded by true construction recruitment specialists.

Opportunity for long-term progression – grow your desk, team, and career in line with your performance.
