We are partnering with a well-established recruitment business operating within the UK construction and built environment sector, now looking to appoint a Recruitment Director to lead and grow a high-performing division. This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a warm desk with established PSL agreements, long-standing client relationships, and a successful team already in place.
You will be responsible for driving the next phase of growth within the division, strengthening existing partnerships, developing new opportunities across major contractors and developers, and leading a team of experienced consultants delivering across the UK market. This is a leadership role suited to someone who combines strong billing credibility with proven team management experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor and develop an established construction recruitment team
- Manage and grow a warm desk with multiple PSL agreements and existing client mandates
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with major contractors, developers and consultancies
- Drive revenue growth across permanent, contract and project-based hiring
- Identify new business opportunities across the built environment sector
- Implement structured performance management and growth strategies for the team
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic expansion plans
The team currently supports hiring across a range of construction and built environment roles including:
- Commercial Management (Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Directors)
- Project & Site Management
- Planning & Pre-Construction
