This is not a standard recruitment job. This is a foundational hire for an experienced recruiter who understands the US market and wants to help build, scale and shape a high-performing search practice alongside the founder of a growing business. We’re looking for someone commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and confident operating at senior levels of recruitment within Finance or Technology across the United States market. If you’ve already proven you can bill, build relationships and win mandates - this role gives you the platform to scale something meaningful.

The Opportunity

  • Build and develop senior client relationships across the US market
  • Deliver retained and high-value contingent mandates
