We are partnering with a high-performing, large SME recruitment business operating across both the UK and US markets, with a strong reputation within Finance and Private Equity. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to hire mid to senior-level finance recruiters who can bring market expertise, credibility, and ambition to an already successful platform.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for consultants with a strong track record across:
- Private Equity-backed businesses
- Qualified Finance (C&I)
- Exposure to US markets or interest in developing this
You’ll be joining a business with established client relationships, live roles, and international reach, giving you the platform to scale quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing a finance-focused desk across UK and/or US markets
- Partnering with PE-backed and high-growth businesses
- Managing full 360 recruitment processes (perm and/or contract)
- Driving new business while leveraging existing client relationships
- Collaborating with a high-performing, international team
