CrossCountry is recruiting a Train Manager to join the team at Manchester Piccadilly in January 2027. You will be on Voyager trains, travelling up to 125mph, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safe journeys.
Your role includes ticket checking and selling onboard, advising passengers, and working with On-Board colleagues to create a memorable travel experience. Initial training is 10 weeks in Derby, with shifts and non-standard hours.
