Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Cross Country onboard our trains, providing a warm welcome and delivering a high‑quality at‑seat catering service throughout the train or from the onboard shop.
- Ensure passengers in Standard and First Class receive efficient and proactive service, including complimentary service where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support an overall positive journey experience.
- Work seamlessly with onboard crew and local colleagues to deliver consistent service standards.
- Salary and Working Hours
Starting salary: £26,888, rising to £34,061 after successful training (based on a 38‑hour week).
Permanent, full‑time position with great career prospects and comprehensive training.
Location
You must live within one hour’s commute of Bristol and be able to travel at unsocial hours reliably.
