As an On Board Cleaner working on board our services, you’ll be a visible and valued member of staff. While your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of our trains, customers may approach you with questions about train times, connections, or general travel queries. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is not only thorough and reliable, but also friendly, approachable, and willing to help.
Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the train’s interior, including litter picking, wiping down tables, seats, and surfaces, ensuring toilet facilities are hygienic and fully stocked
- Work as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards across the fleet
- Represent CrossCountry in a professional and customer-friendly manner
