Responsibilities
- Assisting with system updates regarding admin information as required (leave, detachments, mutual exchanges of duties, etc.)
- Updating internal admin diary with required information
- Creating daily and weekly status reports and other reports as necessary
- Creating job card and schedule cards as required
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, good communicator with strong organisational skills
- Confident with IT and have an eye for detail
- Knowledge of Train Crew conditions and practices would be advantageous
Working Hours
Usual hours of duty are 08:00 to 16:00 with lunch break Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. Training on required systems and tasks to complete will be provided.
