Are you an accomplished Sales Executive with a proven track record in navigating the complexities of NHS sales? XBP Europe is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to join us as our Sales Executive – Public Health (NHS). If you excel at driving high-value sales, building strong stakeholder relationships, and spearheading business development initiatives within the NHS landscape, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify, nurture, and convert large, complex deals throughout the sales cycle. Acquire new public deals and engagements in alignment with company solutions. Foster cross-team collaboration to develop new opportunities with international clients.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed about emerging market trends, pricing, and government strategic, budgetary and other relevant actions affecting our solutions in the assigned vertical. Research target markets, identifying key decision-makers to build relationships for business growth in the NHS. Initiate and develop sales opportunities across UK & Ireland in the Public health (NHS) domain, meeting business and personal sales targets. Drive timely and accurate sales activities, ensuring optimal deal execution, project management, and deal completion client satisfaction. Present compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the company as the preferred option for strategic business alignment. Navigate the complex Public Health (NHS) environment with multiple stakeholders with a view to closing opportunities to the mutual satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration: Gather, analyze, and update prospect information, providing internal reports to management and relevant teams. Plan internal resources to support information collation and liaise with departments for accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with business development, operations, technology, legal and finance teams, ensuring smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or direct sales, preferably in Public Health.
- Proven success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions within the NHS, including technology-enabled services, process automation, workflow optimisation, or outsourcing models.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement pathways, frameworks, budget cycles, and governance.
- Demonstrated track record delivering high-value deals (€2–5M ACV or more).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation capabilities, and ability to influence senior NHS stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preference for business, healthcare, or technology fields.
- Tools: Proficiency in the MS Office suite; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland as needed.
