About XBOW
At XBOW, we’re redefining the future of cybersecurity by building the world's first autonomous pentester, powered by AI. Today, the gold standard for securing software systems is human pentesters, but with the rise of artificial intelligence, we’re stepping up to scale offensive security to meet the ever-growing demand. AI is transforming the landscape of both cybersecurity and cyberattacks. While millions of people without security expertise are creating software, bad actors are using AI to launch more effective attacks. XBOW fights back with AI-driven superpowers, enabling security teams to stay one step ahead. Backed by Sequoia Capital and a team that includes the creators of GitHub Copilot and GitHub Advanced Security, XBOW is not just keeping up with the times—we’re shaping the future of cybersecurity. Our mission is simple: to defeat the bad actors before they strike, using AI to revolutionise how we approach offensive security. We’re building something that must be built, and we’re the team to do it. Join us in shaping the next frontier of autonomous security.
Your Role: Enterprise Account Executive
We’re looking for a tenacious Enterprise Account Executive to join our GTM team here at XBOW. This is not a “plug-and-play” role. You’ll collaborate closely with XBOW's executive leadership to shape our sales strategy, refine our approach, and improve our internal tools to maximise your effectiveness. Your insights from customer interactions will directly drive the evolution of XBOW’s cutting-edge product and technology. You’ll be joining early — with influence, upside, and access. We’re shipping fast, landing real customers, and solving a problem every modern software team feels. You’ll be helping define not just our sales motion, but how the company grows from here.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for large enterprise accounts across EMEA
- Work closely with your team, founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility
- Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity — no bloated forecasting
- Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and the future of our customer experience
Who You Are:
- You have demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Application or Offensive Security
- 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm and you like building the playbook, not just running it
- Know how to communicate clearly with technical buyers — not afraid to ask questions, dig deep, and listen more than you talk
- Can create demand, not just manage it — comfortable prospecting and storytelling in new markets
- Are coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems for real users
- Have an ownership mindset and bias for action
Bonus if you have:
- Experience selling to highly regulated industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecommunications
- Sold directly into the CISO’s org at large Fortune 500 companies
- Experience selling pentesting or AppSec solutions
What We Offer:
- Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary, commission structure and equity package, making you a true owner of the company and compensated for your output
- Career Growth: Shape your role and grow with the company as we redefine cybersecurity.
- Meaningful Work: You will tackle complex challenges and play a pivotal role in shaping XBOW’s growth into a global player.
What Else You Should Know:
- Location: Remote Europe
- Contract: Full-time
- Hiring Process: Introductory chat with TA, Hiring manager interview, Technology and sales interviews, Final interview with CRO
We use AI every day — it’s baked into how we build and sell. But when it comes to this job, we’re looking for someone who leads with curiosity, empathy, and real perspective. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.
