Our platform plugs into the accounting tech ecosystem and turns messy data into clear, actionable insights, helping practices reduce risk, improve capacity, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who loves owning the full sales journey, from first conversation through to long-term customer success. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll manage and grow your own pipeline of accounting and bookkeeping firms, build trusted relationships, and close meaningful deals that drive real value for customers.
- Lead commercial conversations confidently and close deals that work for both XBert and the customer.
- Forecast accurately, report clearly, and take ownership of your performance against targets.
- Develop strong, long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders across accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Bring insights and feedback from the field back into the business to help shape product and GTM decisions.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or accounting related industry.
Skills: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and multi-stakeholder deals.
This role is fully remote with occasional travel to industry events, team meetings and client offices. Salary is negotiable/flexible depending on experience.
