Sales Lead for Industrial OEM – International (Remote)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across regions and industry OEM\’s.
Collaborate with internal R&D and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in Europe.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic sales or sales management within the industrial OEM.
Fluency in English and any other European languages is a plus.
Based in the UK and available to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
