Based in the UK office, we are searching for a Talent Management Specialist for an international organization in the consumer goods sector. This opportunity will support the Talent Management Director with strategy and activities globally.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the growth of the organization through talent development globally
- Report to the Head of Talent Management as well as work closely with HRBP's and the business
- Responsible for supporting and implementing systems (SuccessFactors) and processes for talent management and performance management working closely with internal IT teams
- Coordinate talent management reporting globally - performance, succession, reviews, metrics...
- Supporting the Head of Talent with talent management projects, initiatives, strategies and activities - project plans, progress, risks, issues, follow-up...
- Implement long and short term succession planning to ensure retention and development
- Support performance management strategies and initiatives globally working closely with HRBP's
- Maintain effective communication with the HR Business partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 3+ years progressive HR experience including talent management
- Proven track record of supporting talent management activities and implementing best practices
- Analytical mindset and experience using / understanding data to support talent management initiatives
- Embracing of HR technology and systems (SuccessFactors)
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Passionate and engaging personality
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
