We are currently recruiting for a SAP Business Analyst for a global engineering group. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have approx. 3 years experience as a BA and good experience with S/4 Hana. The main responsibility will be to act as 'the bridge' between SAP S/4 Hana and the business (manufacturing).

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the organization and clarify business needs to translate manufacturing business and functional requirements into SAP design and system functionality
  • Ensure the system is aligned with the business
  • Working closely with technical teams and 3rd party vendors to adapt and drive solutions
  • Responsible for documentation, process maps and training manuals
  • Supporting data migration
  • Identify opportunities and drive multiple projects to help business efficiencies
  • Key coordinator of testing and user acceptance training across EMEA
  • Proven ability to clearly document needs, requirements and solutions
  • Co-ordinating system operations with the business units

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will bring a good understanding of manufacturing processes, complemented by experience in SAP S/4 Hana
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into effective, streamlined solutions, drive operational excellence and deliver impactful results
  • Educated to Bachelors in Business / IT with additional SAP certifications
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Significant experience with SAP S4 Hana
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Change and project management professional
