St Alban’s Catholic Primary School is a welcoming two-form entry primary school nestled near the historic Hampton Court Palace, where every child's journey is embraced with warmth, care and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to look after our school and its grounds, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. This is a vital role in the smooth running of St Alban’s, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real and valued contribution to a friendly, supportive Catholic school community.
Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (26-31 days of annual leave, depending on length of service)
Pattern of work: 7.00am-11.45am & 1.15pm-3.45pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am-12.00pm & 1.30pm-3.30pm Friday - these are the suggested hours of work; however, alternatives could be discussed during interview.
Salary: PS6 £30,647 - £32,867 per annum
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience in a building or site management and maintenance role
- good knowledge of Health and Safety
- good organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team
- excellent attention to detail
- the ability to balance daily responsibilities with conflicting demands
