We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Hub Manager to oversee a regional hub that includes a secondary school and several primary schools within the Xavier Catholic Education Trust. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years\’ experience in an IT support role and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: A proven track record in an IT support role The ability to think on their feet and adapt to the changing demands of the Trust Strong leadership and strategic skills, coupled with a willingness to be “hands on” Ability to motivate and organise teams to ensure the efficient delivery of IT provision across the Trust Evidence through DBS check and recruitment process of their suitability for working with children The role is based at Salesian School in Chertsey and is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel to schools within the Trust will be required. Travel expenses beyond the normal commute to the principal place of work will be reimbursed. In return, the role offers 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service) plus bank holidays.
