St Edmund's Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint an exceptional part time Class Teacher to join our friendly team from September 2026. As part of our energetic and dedicated team, you will inspire and motivate pupils to strive for success whilst promoting our school values and ethos.

We are very proud of our hard-working and well-behaved children; vibrant learning environment and supportive parents and carers. We are committed to ensuring that children of all abilities and backgrounds achieve their very best in everything they do.

Hours: Part Time / 2 to 3 days per week
Salary Scale: Teachers MPS

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain consistently high standards in relation to all aspects of the Teachers' Standards
  • Coach and mentor other members of staff
  • Demonstrate effective practice and help others to evaluate the impact of their teaching on children's achievement
  • Contribute significantly to implementing workplace policies
  • Be a role model for children and other staff
  • Make a significant contribution to school development and the wider aspects of school life
  • Be passionate and create a positive, can do attitude
