Hours/Contract: 35 hours per week, full year (1.00FTE), permanent.

Salary: SFCA Support Staff Pay Scale 24 to 26 (£42,081 per annum to £44,203 per annum)

Start date: ASAP

About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen at this ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, to appoint a Deputy Human Resources (HR) Manager to join the Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will help to deliver an effective HR service to the College. Supporting the work of the HR Manager, the role will require providing advice and guidance to staff and managers with clarity, fairness and legal awareness in line with the needs, priorities and values of the College. Applications are welcome from HR professionals with generalist experience who are highly organised, calm, resilient and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
