Xapo Bank is seeking a Treasury AVP to drive Bitcoin-first strategies alongside traditional fixed income investments.
You will work closely with the Head of Treasury to structure products and manage risk while delivering innovation in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
This role requires deep fixed income and crypto experience, OTC trading, and the ability to report to ALCO committees.
