As a Product Graduate within the product team of Xapo bank, you will play a meaningful role in assisting how our product will bridge the traditional fiat banking world with the rapidly evolving landscape of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an exciting fintech startup. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Your initial focus will involve immersing yourself in the dynamic landscape of fintech and Bitcoin.
• You will be conducting market research and analysis, reviewing emerging trends and customer behaviour and feedback to identify unmet needs and uncover opportunities for product innovation.
• The insights gained from this analysis will directly inform and enrich our product development efforts.
• You will actively collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams across design, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and risk management.
• Your contributions will include supporting the creation of detailed product requirements documentation, user stories, and participating in feature prioritisation discussions.
• You will actively support product testing and quality assurance processes for new releases and feature updates.
• A key aspect of your role will involve diligently monitoring the performance of Xapo’s existing product suite.
• You will help identify areas for improvement and optimisation, ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed user expectations.

Rotation Structure:

To maximise the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of product management and development, you will participate in a graduate rotation program, rotating through the 4 Tribes of Growth, Total Payment Volume, Engagement and Asset Under Management.

During your graduate rotation program, you’ll spend 3-6 months with each Tribe, under the leadership of the VP of Products.

Orientation and Onboarding (1 week):

• Introduction to the organisation's mission, values, and culture.
• Onboarding sessions to familiarise participants with company policies, procedures, and tools.
• Introduction to key stakeholders and team members within the product development function.

Over 12 months, you will rotate through key areas of product development including:

• Product Management
• Product Marketing
• UX Design
• Software Development
• Data Analysis
• Regulatory Compliance
• And other exciting areas as well.

Skills needed:

• Strong interest in fintech, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Prior internship or work experience in fintech, crypto, banking, product management, or related fields is a plus.

Xapo Device Policy:

Consultants joining Xapo Bank must comply with the Xapo Device Policy, which governs the use of corporate-approved laptops under Corporate-Owned, Personally Purchased Device (reimbursed up to $1,500) or Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled Device (personal device with enforced security controls). All devices must meet security requirements, enrol in Xapo’s Mobile Device Management (MDM), and adhere to compliance rules. COPPD devices remain Xapo property with buyback options upon exit. COPED users agree to data control measures, including mandatory corporate data wipes. Compliance with the Xapo Device Policy is mandatory for all consultants; onboarding will not proceed without adherence to the policy.
