We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to own and deliver our content marketing strategy as a key part of our next growth chapter. Content is central to how we build brand authority, generate demand, engage customers, and enable our sales team. You’ll own the strategy and execution across all our core content types, working closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive measurable impact across the funnel. You’ll report to the Head of Comms & Marketing and work alongside our Digital Marketing Strategist, Events Manager, and external freelancers (design, video, dev). We are also hiring a Marketing Executive to support content production. This role replaces our outgoing Content Manager and will take our brand voice, assets and outputs to the next level. Own the messaging frameworks and content strategy and execution – Develop and deliver content that establishes brand authority in core markets, supports customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion. Produce and manage a broad range of content – Includes website content (landing pages, messaging updates), blogs, ebooks, guides, case studies, videos, internal comms, marketing emails, and LinkedIn posts. Collaborate across teams – Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist, Events & Community Manager, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure content supports broader marketing and sales objectives. Lead content initiatives for webinars and community engagement – Collaborate with the Events Manager on webinar strategy and associated content. Manage external-facing digital assets – Sign off on all public marketing materials (e.g., Co-own key marketing platforms – Especially HubSpot for marketing automation, reporting, and workflows. Monitor and report on content performance – Monthly reporting on SEO, channel performance, and industry trends to guide data-driven decisions. Mentor junior team members – Particularly the incoming Communications and Marketing Executive, helping them grow in content production and marketing skills. Coordinate with freelance support – Engage freelance designers, developers, copywriters, and videographers as needed to scale content production. B2B SaaS Content Strategy – 5+ years experience delivering full-funnel content marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment (ideally Fintech/Reg tech/AI experience) ✅ Copywriting expertise – Proven ability to write and edit clear, engaging content across multiple formats. HubSpot experience – Confident using HubSpot for reporting, basic automation, workflows, and email marketing. ✅ Strong communication & collaboration skills – Able to work cross-functionally to ensure message alignment and content effectiveness. ✅ CMS/WordPress familiarity – Experience building and optimising landing pages using CMS platforms like WordPress.
