The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key client relationships and drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded relationship builder with a proven track record of expanding client accounts and delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for growing our existing customer base through strategic account planning and cross-sell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, identifying and executing opportunities to expand usage, adoption, and spend.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to achieve significant revenue growth in 2026.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Solutions, Sales and Marketing to drive client satisfaction and business impact.
- Negotiate expansion contracts, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes while maintaining client goodwill.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting on account performance and pipeline growth.
- Champion client needs internally, influencing the roadmap and service delivery for maximum customer value.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Strategic Sales roles (preferably in SaaS, digital services, or tech-enabled sectors).
- Demonstrated ability to grow enterprise accounts and deliver measurable revenue expansion.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing large contract values (£250k+ ARR accounts preferred).
- Proven ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, or C-suite level).
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones (UK/US) and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based environments.
- Background in risk or compliance would be desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM and account management tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Experience of solution sales is highly desirable.
