The Role: We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Director to help design, implement and execute our channel partnerships strategy. Partnerships are a major growth pillar for Xapien, and this role will play a critical part in expanding our indirect revenue engine. You will help shape and operationalise Xapien's partnerships approach â translating strategic direction into a wellâstructured, highâperforming programme. This is a quotaâcarrying role, requiring you to balance strategic leadership with handsâon execution, commercial rigor, and a strong sales focus. Working closely with the GoâToâMarket leadership team, you will build and manage a strong ecosystem of partners across valueâadded resellers, dueâdiligence firms, risk consultancies, and integration partners. This is a senior, handsâon role within our GTM organisation, suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, commercial ownership, and relationship leadership.
Hereâs What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Develop and execute a multiâchannel and multiâvertical approach targeting referral, reseller and integration partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard highâvalue referral, reseller, and integration partners across priority markets.
- Meet or exceed quota through partnerâsourced and partnerâinfluenced revenue.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with partner executives, commercial leads, and product/technical stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to maximise value from integration partners â including coâinnovation opportunities, joint solutions, ecosystem positioning, and seamless customer workflows.
- Strengthen and expand referral pathways by nurturing highâtrust relationships, establishing clear qualification processes, and building repeatable referral cycles.
- Create advocacy and excitement within the partner community to position Xapien as a priority offering.
- Drive highâquality partnerâsourced and partnerâinfluenced pipeline through structured collaboration, joint plans, and business reviews.
- Coordinate goâtoâmarket plans including partner communications, joint marketing, sales training, sales incentives, lead qualification and referral process, and associated reporting.
- Engage with new and existing channel partners to set, achieve and exceed targets by developing and executing annual sales plans.
- Champion the channel programme internally to drive focus and appropriate level of investment.
- Lead and develop the partnerships team, providing coaching, clarity, and accountability.
- Negotiate effective commercial frameworks and agreements with channel partners.
- Effectively use Xapien's CRM to forecast, track, develop and report activity with potential clients, channel partners and renewals.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, business development, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of building or scaling successful partner ecosystems.
- Experience leading, developing, and coaching highâperforming teams within a GTM or partnerships function.
- Strong understanding of the dueâdiligence, thirdâparty risk, financialâcrime, or related markets (consulting, SaaS, data, compliance).
- Familiarity with the thirdâparty risk management landscape and its key players.
- Excellent relationshipâbuilding skills, with credibility at senior/executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen â contracting, pricing, value propositions, and coâselling models.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical, structured thinker able to operate both strategically and handsâon.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with crossâfunctional teams.
