We're seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth in both enterprise and mid‑market segments within the rapidly expanding third‑party screening market. Xapien's AI‑driven platform is uniquely positioned to address the complexities of the global enterprise governance, risk, and compliance market, which is valued at $43.65 B today and is forecast to grow to $111.31 B by 2032.
This role owns measurement and growth for digital at Xapien. You'll set the strategy, run the channels, own the data and attribution, identify where to grow next, and present to senior leadership to explain what the numbers mean. You'll work closely with our marketing, SDR, sales, and customer success teams to turn dispersed buying signals into routed, actionable opportunity for the revenue teams.
You'll join a marketing team of seven in a hybrid role, with a strong preference for time in the office.
Key responsibilities- Execute paid media end to end across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, covering ABM strategy, setup, audience and creative structure, and daily optimisation.
- Own the digital marketing budget across paid channels. Set quarterly allocation across LinkedIn and Google, manage pacing and reallocation in‑flight, and report on spend efficiency to senior leadership.
- Own paid asset production across three verticals (Corporates, Financial Services, Legal), translating content team output into channel‑ready creative and copy, and iterating based on performance data.
- Cross‑channel performance reporting across paid, organic, website and landing pages, including website analytics and conversion rate analysis.
- Flag accounts and individuals showing buying intent (campaign engagement, site behaviour, event attendance, content consumption) to the marketing, SDR, sales, and customer success teams.
- Drive measurement maturity toward influenced‑pipeline thinking.
- Run a recurring revenue marketing sync with sales teams to review intent signals and account prioritisation, and use conversion‑to‑meeting and conversion‑to‑opportunity data to refine targeting and scoring.
- Report to senior leadership on pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per qualified opportunity, ROI, and the strategic context behind the numbers (channel mix decisions, what's working, what isn't).
- Own how marketing leads and accounts are routed to the sales teams, in partnership with sales leadership, with opportunities to develop qualification and scoring criteria.
- Own the integration between paid ad accounts (LinkedIn, Google) and HubSpot so that ad spend, lead capture and attribution data flow cleanly into the CRM.
- Manage HubSpot forms and notifications.
- In HubSpot, manage the custom report builder, dashboards, attribution modelling, data hygiene, and harder edge cases such as event and contact‑level attendance reporting where events rarely create new contacts cleanly.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles and how they apply in B2B SaaS.
- Experience working closely with sales and SDR functions to convert marketing engagement into qualified pipeline.
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and an optimisation mindset.
- Expert in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong tagging, tracking and UTM discipline.
- Google Tag Manager, including Consent Mode.
- HubSpot reporting, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort owning the measurement framework.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
