In this role you will work in the Data & Analytics Consulting team, a client‑facing function responsible for the technical configuration and deployment of the OneView platform. You’ll work directly with our clients to deliver seamless software implementation, data extraction, data engineering, data science, product configuration and data visualisation. As a multi‑skilled technical professional, you’ll be capable of independently managing all of these technical aspects of client deployment, as well as supporting the client through the process. You’ll collaborate with Business Consultants, who oversee the non‑technical elements of delivery, as well as other key teams including Information Governance (privacy and security), Platform Delivery (core product development) and Quality Assurance (testing and validation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical delivery
    • Data extraction - Support the client’s technical team to install IG Bridge, adapt scripts, address quality issues, ultimately leading to clean data extraction.
    • Data science - Configure existing predictive models to meet the client’s needs, undertake technical scoping for new/iterated predictive models, apply descriptive analytics techniques to extract meaningful insight from client data, build proxy predictive models to demonstrate potential value early on.
    • Cohort building - Build preventative cohorts, test and adapt these with the client to optimise accuracy & efficacy.
    • Dashboards - Design and build/adapt dashboards to meet the client’s needs and tell them what they need to know in a clear, intuitive way.
    • Platform evolution - Integrating innovations and evolutions from your clients into the core platform for other clients to benefit from.
  • Project management - Scope and project manage all technical aspects of deployment to a client.
  • Problem solving and storytelling – Use your technical and analytical skills alongside your deep client understanding, technical expertise and market knowledge to extract interesting key insights from the client data and create compelling stories.
  • Communication and stakeholder management – Communicate the technical aspects of delivery to the client simply and clearly, enabling the deployment to be delivered rapidly and smoothly.
  • Benefits tracking – Understand what metrics matter to clients and how our platform delivers financial value to them. Build tracking tools and engage the client on them.
  • Client upskilling – Support client counterparts in their technical knowledge and understanding, helping them take on a stewardship function & future configuration.
  • Collaboration – Partner with the Business Consulting team to deliver client projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years’ experience across data and analytics, including data engineering, data science and data visualisation.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and R for data manipulation and querying.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Understanding of various data formats, including CSV, JSON and XML.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.
  • Strong storytelling and data visualisation skills, including scoping, designing and delivering engaging client‑facing insights using PowerPoint and sustainable dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with QA processes, including unit, regression and integration testing, and producing high‑quality analytical code that is traceable and repeatable.
  • Knowledge and experience of machine learning techniques, including supervised ML, unsupervised ML and LLMs.
  • Experience with deployment tools and processes such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure ML and batch processing.
  • Experience using DevOps or equivalent agile development environments.
  • 4+ years’ experience leading clients through complex technical projects – you know how to navigate challenges, keep things on track, hit deadlines, communicate progress and deliver results.
  • Sharp analytical skills – you love digging into data, solving problems and turning insights into action. You’re skilled in statistical analysis, regression, correlation analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – you can influence at all levels and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong understanding of technology project development and delivery, ideally within a high‑growth tech company.
  • A passion for social impact – you’re excited about what we’re doing and driven to help Xantura succeed.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience working with the public sector (local or central government) or as a vendor/consultant to public sector clients.
  • Familiarity with privacy, security, and information governance in data projects.
