, you will lead the strategic evolution of the One View platform as it scales in scope, capability and impact.
This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and real‑world public sector outcomes.
You will define where the platform is going, ensure the right architectural decisions are made to support that journey, and connect real frontline challenges with scalable product capabilities.
Working closely with the CTO and reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping Xantura’s long‑term technology vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform strategy
- Define the long-term direction of the One View platform.
- Translate strategy into a clear, prioritised and deliverable roadmap aligned to organisational goals.
- Enable safe and proportionate use of AI within the platform and across development practices.
- Product architecture and innovation
- Work closely with the CTO to shape the platform’s architectural evolution.
- Introduce pragmatic innovation and constructively challenge assumptions where needed.
- Ensure technical decisions support scalability, resilience, security and long-term value.
- Domain and use case development
- Ensure the platform addresses real public‑sector challenges and constraints.
- Partner with consulting teams to translate frontline practice into scalable product capabilities.
- Connect real‑world use cases with platform functionality, defining what “good” looks like for users.
- Ecosystem engagement
- Strengthen innovation partnerships and broader ecosystem engagement.
- Build relationships with government, research and technology organisations.

This is a hybrid role based in our office in London (Borough).
You would be expected to be able to work from the office at least 1-2 days per week.
Some travel is also required for on‑site client engagements as needed.
