Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of data analytics within Xantura and the One View platform.

The role is responsible for shaping how predictive analytics, AI, and analytical insight are embedded within the platform, ensuring solutions are ethical, scalable, impactful, and aligned to real public-sector outcomes.

The Head of Data Analytics will lead the analytics function within the Platform Delivery team while acting as a senior advisor across client delivery and customer success functions to ensure analytical consistency, quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and lead the analytics strategy for Xantura and the One View platform.
  • Shape the future use of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities within the platform.
  • Ensure analytics capability aligns with organisational priorities, customer needs, and evolving market opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and introduce appropriate innovation pragmatically and responsibly.
  • Platform Analytics & Product Development
  • Lead the analytics function within the Platform Delivery team.
  • Work closely with the CTO and Director of Platform to ensure analytics capabilities evolve coherently alongside platform architecture and product strategy.
  • Support the operational integration of predictive analytics and AI into the One View platform.
  • Ensure analytical models and outputs are scalable, supportable, explainable, and operationally effective.
  • Advisory & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a senior advisory lead to the Data & Analytics team within Client Delivery on:
  • Predictive model structure and methodology
  • Analytical standards and governance
  • Model evolution and optimisation
  • Ethical and proportionate use of AI and analytics
  • Act as an advisory lead to the Tech Ops team within Customer Success on:
  • Operational management of predictive models
  • Deployment and monitoring approaches
  • LLM-generated case summaries and AI-supported workflows
  • Model quality assurance and lifecycle management
  • Quality, Governance & Ethical AI
  • Establish and maintain high standards for analytics quality, validation, governance, and documentation.
  • Promote the ethical use of AI and predictive analytics, particularly in environments involving vulnerable individuals and sensitive public-sector interventions.
  • Ensure analytical approaches remain transparent, defensible, and proportionate.
  • Innovation & Market Leadership
  • Identify and evaluate emerging analytics and AI technologies that could strengthen the platform or improve customer outcomes.
  • Help maintain Xantura’s position as a market leader through thought leadership, innovation, and external engagement.
  • Present the organisation’s analytics vision, capability, and technology approach to clients, partners, and the wider market.
  • Support business development and strategic customer engagement where required.
  • People & Team Leadership
  • Provide leadership and direction to the analytics function within Platform Delivery.
  • Support capability development, mentoring, and continuous improvement across analytics teams.
  • Foster collaboration between platform, delivery, customer success, and technical teams.

We operate a remote working model with monthly team meetings at our offices in London. There may also be requirements for client onsite visits depending on project needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong experience leading analytics, predictive modelling, or AI functions within complex operational environments.
  • Proven experience delivering operational AI and predictive analytics solutions at scale.
  • Strong management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to operate across strategy, technology, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience presenting complex analytical concepts to senior stakeholders, customers, and external audiences.
  • Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and lifecycle management for analytical models.
  • Deep appreciation for the ethical application of AI and analytics, particularly when supporting vulnerable people.
  • Public-sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
