The Role
As Residential Addictions Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance.
