About the Role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of running this busy, award-winning operation, overseeing both the pub/restaurant and 26 stunning rooms. You'll be leading an experienced team and ensuring guests experience nothing short of excellence. With your commercial mindset, you'll manage the financials and work to build strong relationships within the local community, boosting both sales and customer loyalty.

  • Experience in running busy operations and managing large teams
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
  • A leader who's commercially and financially minded
