Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Assist in managing stock, orders, and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Support the management team with recruitment, training, and performance management
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ensure the venue operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
About You:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or casual dining industry
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results
- Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
- Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
