I'm looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at an exciting new restaurant concept near the Suffolk coast. This is a brand-new venture from the team behind a well-known and highly regarded Suffolk restaurant. As part of their expansion, they've taken over a new site and are introducing a unique food concept unlike anything else in the area, with a strong focus on local suppliers, farmers, and outstanding seasonal produce.

The Role:
- Running your own section with confidence and organisation
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard during service

- Managing prep levels and stock control for your section
About You:
