A leading healthcare staffing agency committed to delivering exceptional care and support to a wide range of healthcare settings. We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Agency Senior Health Care Assistants (SHCAs) to join our growing team across Manchester.

As an Agency Senior Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and residents, helping with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks. You'll work across various care environments including care homes, supported living units, and residential settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
  • Administering medication (if trained)
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff on shift
  • Accurately documenting care and observations
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' recent experience in a senior healthcare assistant role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
  • A caring, professional, and reliable attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Benefits:
