We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider supporting children and young adults with autism and complex needs for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their clinical team. The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred nursing care to children and young adults with autism and associated complex health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, wellbeing and independence while supporting a safe, therapeutic and autism-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual health needs.
- Support young people with complex medical conditions, including epilepsy, gastrostomy care and wound management.
- Monitor, assess and respond to changing clinical needs.
- Work collaboratively with education, care and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
