Responsabilità :
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli affini maturata in realtà di medie dimensioni - ottimizzazione dei tempi di produzione e di consegna.
- La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e supervisionare in autonomia tutte le attività previste dal contratto quadro per la manutenzione predittiva, lubrificazione, analisi delle performance delle macchine.
- Organizzare le attività del punto vendita.
- Monitorare l'andamento delle vendite del negozio.
- Selezionare e formare il personale dello store.
- Produrre report periodici sugli indicatori di rendimento del negozio.
Profilo:
Il candidato ideale è un professionista con solido background tecnico (building automation & IoT) e una spiccata attitudine commerciale, con una forte proiezione verso i mercati internazionali.
