Position
Note: This is a hybrid role based in our Leeds, England office, with on-site work required around 1–2 times per week. Candidates must be within a reasonable distance and able to commute comfortably as needed.
Reporting to the Head of Service Transition & Change Management the Xalient Change Management Analyst will be responsible forth smooth transition of the day-to-day activities of Change Management. Actively engaging with stakeholders across the business and external customers, collating feedback whilst helping to imbed business change activities. A large part of this role will be coordination, tracking and communications throughout the Change lifecycle, delivering a consistent and structured approach to process changes and digital implementation.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Lead the full Change Management lifecycle, applying structured methodology to ensure smooth delivery, governance compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate, approve, and document changes, ensuring all required standards are met.
- Manage change records in Xalient and customer ITSM tools, including CMDB updates and maintenance of the Standard Change Catalogue.
- Chair and support meetings (TCAB/ECAB, PIRs, advisory boards) and work closely with internal teams, third parties, and customers to resolve change-related queries.
- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews for unsuccessful changes, communicate lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform weekly quality control checks and produce reports on change management activities as required.
- Plan and oversee Change Freeze periods, ensuring documentation and processes remain accurate and aligned with requirements.
- Recommend tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
What you\’ll need:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Change Management environment.
- Previous experience working within the managed network and the security industry.
- Knowledge and hands-on use of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences at all levels.
- Analytical and methodical approach, with a commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Proven customer support experience in a diverse environment, with emphasis on Change processes.
- Ability to influence across disciplines, challenge peers and management when needed, and drive results through credibility.

Salary Range: £30,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
