As a Consultant, you will manage client engagements or components of larger, moderately complex projects while providing technical expertise, coaching, and training to junior team members. Ensures engagements meet revenue, realisation, and profitability targets, and may oversee day-to-day team management on engagements, including performance development. The role also emphasizes business development and expanding professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive transformation programs tailored to the needs of insurance clients using the last technology enabled delivery methods
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and define program goals
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies for transformation initiatives
- Monitor program performance and report on progress, outcomes, and benefits realization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on transformation strategies and best practices
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive client satisfaction and business growth

Your Profile
Essential
- Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma etc) is preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in program management, with experience of leading large-scale transformation projects within the insurance industry or a consultancy.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with a track record of developing and implementing successful transformation programs.
- Project Management: Deep understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
