The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Coordinate street works activities, including roadworks, excavations, installations, and repairs, in accordance with statutory requirements, permits, and regulations (e.g., NRSWA, TMA).

Liaise with local authorities, utilities companies, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and permissions for street works operations.

Schedule and plan street works activities, allocating resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project requirements and deadlines, including monthly meetings tasks to assist with the street works manager.

Manage the process of applying for and obtaining street works permits, noticing works, and coordinating with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with permit conditions and restrictions.

Prepare regular progress reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation to monitor and evaluate street works performance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for liaising with local authorities to get compliance, produce job packs, oversee productivity, and liaise with customers and clients.

Experience with street works coordination, highway maintenance, or project management within the construction or utilities sector is required.

Undertake all works associated with the permitting, wayleaves, right of ways, and asset sharing (e.g., PIA in UK) for deployment of a fibre network.

You will also be working closely with Build Managers and Build partners for the planning and scheduling of work and liaising with the Build Teams to ensure all permits are administered with the correct information so that no FPNs or charges are incurred.

Ensuring permits are raised in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act.

Create and build job packs to assist civils, cabling, and tree cutting gangs, in relation to main build design and design changes during build.

Play a proactive role within the team when reviewing permits and providing support to other team members.

Make the final decision that all the correct information and checks have been undertaken before raising a street works permit and creating job packs.

Liaise with internal supervisors when arranging site meetings with Local Authority and build contractor.

Coordinate with Traffic Management Supplier for the deployment of TM On Site.
