Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide new installation of duct, chambers, cabinets & associated equipment.
• Locate and clear blockages in various surface types such as verge, footway and carriageway and reinstate.
• Open‑cut trenching and installation of new duct and associated equipment in all surface types, verge, footway and carriageway.
• Sub‑duct and install new draw rope or cable in new duct as required.
• Excavate in the highways complying with NRSWA Code of Practice 1991 and HSG47.
• Work in the UG and PIA network while adhering to Health and Safety legislation.

• NRSWA Operative Unit
• SA006
• K8
• Full drivers license
